• Trust Accounts - administered like a bank account as part of an Asset Protection Trust legal structure, for maximum privacy.
  Cost: Included with an Asset Protection Trust.



• Asset Protection Trusts - powerful legal structures that protect assets against creditors, lawsuits or other calamity.
  Cost: $2,500 for 5 years, all inclusive.



• International Company Services - a Costa Rican sociedad anonima (S.A.) or international company, held as a rule as an asset within an Asset Protection Trust. This is the business face of your private legal structure.
  Cost: $2,500 for 5 years, all inclusive.



• Project Management Trusts - powerful trust services for developers and business people seeking to satisfy the needs of their investors for safe and secure management of project funds.
  Cost: $10,000 and up, depending on complexity and size of project, and mandate of the Trustee.



• Escrow Services - funds are held in trust pending completion of a transaction, such as a real estate sale or purchase or the sale or purchase of a business.
  Cost: $200 and up, depending on complexity and issues.

Costa Norte Trust Company S.A. has assumed all responsibility for trusts previously administered by Knights of Paradise Resorts S.A., including the Paraiso Casino Trust and the Caribbean-Pacific Bank Trust. Nothing in those programs will change for settlors or their beneficiaries, other than having a new Trustee.
